As a courtesy to our prospective patients, we try to verify naturopathic coverage before scheduled appointments. That being said, benefits quoted by the insurance company over the phone do not guarantee payment. We encourage you to call your insurance directly with any specific questions or concerns on coverage prior to your appointment. 

If you have another health insurance carrier, we will gladly check out-of-network coverage for you. Please call our office and a member of our team will check your naturopathic benefits. If you'd like Purely Health Clinic to consider credentialing with your insurance, and it is not one of the ones listed above, please let us know. 

If you do not have insurance, or do not have naturopathic coverage on your plan, we offer a 20% time of service discount.
